Email hello@reelxo.tech. Tell us your phone model, your Android or iOS version, and what happened (a screenshot or screen recording helps a lot). A real person reads every message.

ReelXo can't see my photos or videos
Open your phone's Settings, find ReelXo, and allow access to Photos (on iPhone choose Full Access, or add the items you need under Limited Access). On Android, allow Photos and videos. Then reopen the picker in the app.
The music library or new templates won't load
Music and the online template catalogue need an internet connection. Check you're online and try again. Templates bundled with the app work offline; the music library and newer templates don't.
My export failed or stopped part way
Exporting renders the video on your phone and needs free storage space. Free up some space, keep the app open until the export finishes, and try Standard (720p) if HD keeps failing on an older phone.
Voiceover recording isn't working
Allow microphone access for ReelXo in your phone's Settings, then try again. Close other apps that might be using the microphone, such as a call or a voice recorder.
The place name on my travel reel is wrong or missing
Place names come from the location saved in your photos. If your camera didn't save one, or the photos come from different places, just edit the text line and type the place yourself.
I deleted a photo from my gallery. Is my reel broken?
No. ReelXo copies your media into the project when you add it, so the reel keeps working even after the original is deleted.

4. Privacy and your data
ReelXo has no account and doesn't upload your media, so your projects live only on your phone. To remove everything, delete projects in the app or uninstall it. Details are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
