Delete your ReelXo account

Enter the email address of the Google account you signed in to ReelXo with, then send the email that opens. You don't need the app installed to do this.

1. We receive your request at hello@reelxo.tech and check that it came from the email on the account.
2. We delete your account and the data linked to it within 30 days.
3. We email you to confirm once it is done. If we can't find an account for that address, we tell you.

• Your ReelXo account: the name, email address and account ID we received from Google sign-in.
• Usage and diagnostic data linked to your account in our analytics tools (Google Analytics for Firebase and Microsoft Clarity).
• Anything else stored on our servers under your account.

• Your deletion request email and our reply, for up to 12 months, as a record that we handled it. Nothing else from the account is kept with it.
• Analytics reports that are already aggregated and cannot identify you (for example, how many people opened the app on a given day).
• Purchase records that the law requires us to keep, if you bought anything in the app. App store purchases are also held by Google or Apple under their own policies.

ReelXo makes your reels on your phone and does not upload your photos or videos. Deleting your account does not remove projects or exported videos from your device. To remove those, delete them in the app or uninstall ReelXo. Videos you saved to your gallery or posted elsewhere stay where you put them.
